Asian Chicken Salad
Asian Chicken Salad is an easy, quick and delicious grilling recipe. This is made with salad greens, topped with grilled chicken and basted with an Asian type sauce. Takes only 5 minutes to prepare and only (30) minutes from start to finish. It is also a healthy low calories, low fat, low carbohydrates, low sugars, vitamin rich, diabetic-friendly and Weight Watchers (5 SmartPoints), (6 PointsPlus) recipe. Makes (4) servings. Asian Chicken Salad will be loved by all of your family, friends and guests.

Cooking Time: 25 Minutes.
1 (10.75 oz) can condensed tomato soup
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp garlic powder or 1 small garlic clove, minced
(1-1/4 lbs) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
8 cups mixed salad greens torn into bite-sized pieces
1. Stir the soup, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger and garlic powder in a 1-quart saucepan.
2. Lightly oil the grill rack and preheat grill to medium.
3. Grill the chicken for 15 minutes or until cooked through, turning and brushing often with the soup mixture.
Cut the chicken into thin strips.
4. Heat the remaining soup mixture over medium-high heat to a boil. Arrange the salad greens and chicken on a platter.
Serve with the soup mixture to use as the salad dressing.
YIELD: 4 Servings.
