INGREDIENTS:

1 (10 oz) bag torn mixed salad greens
2 fresh pears, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted
1/2 cup Blue Cheese crumbles
1/2 cup light raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing

DRECTIONS:

1. In a large bowl,t oss salad greens with all remaining ingredients except dressing.

2. Add in the salad dressing and combine well.

Yield: 8 Servings.
