Brownie-Blackberry Torte

Brownie-Blackberry Torte is an easy recipe for a delicious dessert.  Ingredients include: Blackberry jam, fudge brownie mix, whipped topping and hot fudge ice cream topping. It is made with all sugar-free ingredients to make it a healthy, low calories, low fat, low sodium, low sugars, low carbohydrates, low cholesterol, diabetic-friendly, heart-healthy and Weight Watchers (5 SmartPoints), (6 PointsPlus) recipe which takes only (15) minutes of prep time and (1-1/2) hours total time. Non-Stick Cooking Spray
1 (12.35 oz) box sugar-free chocolate fudge brownie mix
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar-free seedless blackberry jam + 2 Tbsp for garnish
1 large egg
3/4 cup sugar-free, frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 Tbsp sugar-free, Hot Fudge Ice Cream Topping, for garnish


1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Coat a 9″ springform pan with cooking spray. Combine the brownie mix, oil, the 1/2 cup jam and egg in a large bowl. Stir 50 strokes. Spread into prepared pan.

2. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Remove sides of pan.

3. Spread the whipped topping to within 1/2″ of outer edge. Place the 2 tablespoons jam and the hot fudge topping into corner of two separate resealable plastic bags. Knead until smooth. Cut small tip off corner. Drizzle over whipped topping, first with hot fudge and then with jam. Chill 30 minutes. Cut into 10 equal-size wedges to serve. Refrigerate any leftovers.
