Cappuccino Coolers

Cappuccino Coolers is a delicious and quick (5) minute recipe for an ice cold, refreshing, almond flavored cooler. It will rival the coffee houses’ version. This is a very healthy version. Just place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. It is a low calories, low fat, low cholesterol, low sodium, low sugars, heart-healthy, diabetic-friendly and Weight Watchers (3 SmartPoints), (2 PointsPlus) recipe. Makes (4) Servings. INGREDIENTS:

2 cups ice cubes
1/4 cup instant nonfat dry milk powder
1/3 cup granulated no-calorie sweetener
5 tsp instant espresso granules
1-1/2 cups 1% low-fat milk
1/2 tsp almond extract

DIRECTIONS:

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender in the order listed.

2. Process mixture until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.

3. Divide equally into 4 glasses.

YIELD: 4 Servings.
Serving Size: 8 oz per serving.
