2 cups ice cubes
1/4 cup instant nonfat dry milk powder
1/3 cup granulated no-calorie sweetener
5 tsp instant espresso granules
1-1/2 cups 1% low-fat milk
1/2 tsp almond extract
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender in the order listed.
2. Process mixture until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
3. Divide equally into 4 glasses.
YIELD: 4 Servings.
