Cheesy Grilled Tomatoes is an easy and quick (20) minute outdoor grilling recipe for a delicious Italian-style side. INGREDIENTS:

4 Roma tomatoes, cut in half, lengthwise
1/4 cup light Italian salad dressing
1/2 cup shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil, chives and/or parsley

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat grill to medium-high.

2. Place tomatoes, cut-side up, in an 8″ square foil pan sprayed with cooking spray. Drizzle with dressing; top with the Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese. Place pan on the grill grate.

3. Grill for 10 to 12 minutes or until Mozzarella is melted and tomatoes are heated through.

4. Sprinkle with the chopped herbs.

Yield: 4 Servings.
Serving Size: 2 tomato halves per serving.
