Crockpot Beef Brisket

Crockpot Beef Brisket is an easy and quick (5 Minutes) to prepare recipe which is totally cooked in a slow cooker. 1 (15 oz) can no-salt added tomato sauce
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp granulated no-calorie sweetener
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 small white onion, finely diced
(1 lb) beef sirloin roast or steaks, fat removed


1. In a slow cooker, combine together the tomato sauce, vinegar, sweetener, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, cayenne pepper and onions. Stir gently until well combined.

2. Add in the meat; making sure it is submerged in the sauce mixture.

3. Cook on LOW 8 hours. Slice and serve with a drizzle of the sauce.

Yield: 4 Servings.
