Easy Breakfast Sandwich

1/4 cup cholesterol-free egg product
1 English muffin, split, toasted
1 slice 2% American or 2% sharp Cheddar cheese singles
1 slice cooked turkey bacon, cut crosswise in half
1. Cook egg product in a skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium heat 3 minutes or until set, stirring occasionally.
2. Fill muffin with egg, cheese and bacon.
YIELD: 1 sandwich.
