Easy Broccoli Salad
Easy Broccoli Salad is a delicious, tangy, easy and a quick (15) minutes to prepare recipe for a wonderful sweet-sour side salad which is also a no-cooking recipe and served cold. Works well for a holiday and/or any large family or event gatherings. It is also a healthy, low calories, low fat, low cholesterol, low sodium, low carbohydrates, low sugars, heart-healthy, diabetic-friendly and Weight Watchers (2) PointsPlus recipe. Broccoli florets, red onion, and bacon are the main ingredients. Makes (12) servings. Easy Broccoli Salad will be loved by all of your family, friends and guests.

3/4 cup Miracle Whip Light Dressing
2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp white vinegar
6 cups small broccoli florets
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup finely chopped red onions
1. Mix the first 3 ingredients together until blended.
2. Combine all remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add in the dressing mixture; mix lightly.
3. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
YIELD: 12 Servings.
