Easy Irish Brownies
Easy Irish Brownies is a quick (1 Hour) total time start to finish recipe for a delicious St. Patrick’s Day treat or dessert. It takes only (10) minutes to prepare and (30) minutes to bake. This is also a healthy, low calories, low fat, low cholesterol, low sodium, low carbohydrates, heart-healthy and Weight Watchers (5 PointsPlus) recipe. Makes: 16 Brownies. Easy Irish Brownies will be loved by all of your family, friends and guests.

Cooking Time: 30 Minutes.
For The Brownies
6 tbsp butter
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup liquid Irish cream coffee creamer
For The Frosting
1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 tbsp butter, softened
3 tbsp liquid Irish cream coffee creamer
Coarse grain green decorator sugar
1.Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Grease a 9″ square baking pan; set aside.
3. Melt 6 tablespoons butter in a 2 quart saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat; stir in sugar and cocoa. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Add baking powder and baking soda; mix well. Alternately add flour and 1/2 cup coffee creamer, mixing well after each addition.
4. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan. Bake 22-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.
5. Combine all frosting ingredients in bowl except decorator sugar; mix until smooth. Spread over cooled brownies. Sprinkle with decorator sugar. Cut into 16 bars.
