Easy Pork Stir-Fry

Easy Pork Stir-Fry is a quick (30) minute recipe for a delicious Chinese meal. Pork tenderloin with sliced fresh vegetables stir-fried with a flavorful sauce makes up this superb dish. Serve over rice or angel hair pasta if desired. It is also a healthy, low calories, low fat, low sodium, low sugars, low carbohydrates, diabetic and Weight Watchers (6) PointsPlus recipe. Prep Time: 20 Minutes.
Cooking Time: 8-10 Minutes.


1 tsp cooking oil
1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips
3 carrots, sliced
1/3 cup balsamic vinaigerette salad dressing
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 green onions, thinly sliced
Hot cooked rice or angel hair pasta (optional)


1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in meat and carrots; stir-fry 5 minutes.

2. Stir in dressing and hoisin sauce; stir-fry 7 minutes or until carrots are crisp-tender and meat is done.

3. Add in the onions. Stir-fry for 1 minute.

Serve over angel hair pasta or hot cooked rice if desired to round out the meal.

YIELD: 4 Servings.
