Easy Tomato Appetizer

Easy Tomato Appetizer is a delicious recipe best used for large gatherings such as game-day-crowds, holidays and/or events. 1 (8 oz) bar Neufchatel cheese, softened
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 small tomatoes, chopped
3 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup shredded 2% Cheddar cheese
Reduced-Fat thin wheat snack crackers, (for dipping)


1. Mix the Neufchatel cheese and garlic together until well blended.

2. Spread onto the bottom of a shallow serving bowl or 9″ pie pan; top with the tomatoes, onions and Cheddar cheese.

3. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until well chilled; serve with the crackers.

Yield: 24 servings.
Serving Size: 2 Tbsp dip + 16 crackers per serving.
