Grilled Cajun Steaks

Grilled Cajun Steaks is an easy and quick 21 minute recipe that you’ll want to consider for your outdoor grilling rotation. This would be a good option for Father’s Day, 4th of July, birthdays holiday, large gathering, event or celebration. Beef strip steaks with a brown sugar and Cajun seasoning rub, cooked over an outdoor grill and all done in 21 minutes! 2 tbsp olive oil
2 lbs New York strip steaks
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp sea salt


1. Preheat grill to medium-high.

2. Mix Cajun seasoning, brown sugar and sea salt in a small bowl. Brush steak lightly with oil. Sprinkle seasoning mixture on both sides of steak.

3. Place steaks on grill and cook 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.

YIELD: 8 Servings.
Serving Size: 1 (4 oz) piece per serving.
