Grilled Chinese Burgers
Grilled Chinese Burgers Want to try something different to the usual grilled burger you’ve always used? This is a delicious, quick and easy recipe for your summer grilling options. Prep Time: 10 Minutes.
Cooking Time: 15 Minutes.
(1 lb) 95% extra lean ground beef
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp grated fresh ginger root
1 tsp fresh chopped green onion
1 pinch salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
1. In a medium size bowl, blend ground beef, soy sauce, and ginger together with a fork. Form into 4 burger patties (4 oz each).
2. Preheat grill to medium.
3. Cook 6-8 minutes until browned on first side, flip carefully. Cook additional 6-8 minutes, until burgers reach internal temperature of 160° F.
4. Remove to serving platter. Garnish with green onions, and season with salt and pepper as desired.
YIELD: 4 Servings.
