Healthy Berry Pie

Healthy Berry Pie is an easy and quick (45) minute recipe. Summary: It uses a crust made from oreo cookies; filled with strawberries and blueberries then topped with whipped topping. 3 egg whites
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp baking powder
10 reduced-fat Oreo cookies (or other brand)
1 cup frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup blueberries


1. Preheat oven to  350° F.

2. Beat egg whites with an electric mixer on high speed until soft peaks form. Mix sugar and baking powder together; gradually add to egg whites beating until stiff and glossy. Gently stir in chopped cookies. Spread into lightly greased 9-inch pie pan.

3. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely.

4. Spread whipped topping into crust; top with berries. Serve immediately.

Yield: 8 Servings.
