Healthy Party-Mix

Healthy Party-Mix is a quick 10 minute to prepare recipe for your holidays. Great for Easter, Christmas, New Year’s Day and Thanksgiving. Ingredients include: Pretzels, nuts, bite-size shredded wheat, cheese crackers, cashews, peanuts, butter and parmesan cheese. It is well seasoned and then baked in the oven for a n addictive and delicious snack. It is also a low low calories, low fat, low cholesterol, low sodium low carbohydrates, heart-healthy and Weight Watchers (4) PointsPlus recipe. Makes 20 servings. Healthy Party-Mix will be loved by all of your family, frienhealthy-party-mixds and guests.

Cooking Time: 18 Minutes.
Total Time: 40 Minutes.


1 cup salted cashews
1 cup salted peanuts
1 cup cheese-flavored crackers
(such as Cheez-Its)

1 cup bite-sized shredded wheat cereal
1 cup bite-sized pretzels
2 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder


1. Preheat oven to 350° F.

2. Combine cashews, peanuts, crackers, cereal, pretzels and Parmesan in a large bowl.

3. Combine butter, Worcestershire, celery salt and garlic powder in a small bowl. Pour mixture over the cereal mixture; toss to coat.

4. Spread mixture onto an ungreased 15″x10″x1″ jelly-roll pan. Bake, stirring occasionally, for 18 to 23 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely.

YIELD: 20 Servings.
Serving Size: 1/4 cup per serving.
