Healthy Passion Punch
Healthy Passion Punch is an easy, quick, delicious and refreshing recipe for holidays and/or special events. A good Christmas, Valentine’s Day or New Year’s Day option also.Sparkling water,cranberry juice cocktail and frozen raspberries are the main ingredients for this fantastic punch. It takes only 5 minutes to prepare and 1 hour to chill. It is a low calories, low fat, low carbohydrates, low sugars, low cholesterol, low sodium, diabetic-friendly, heart-healthy, Weight Watchers (1 PointsPlus and (2 SmartPoints) recipe. Makes 6 servings. Healthy Passion Punch will be loved by all of your family, friends and guests.

2 cups plain water
2 cups reduced-calorie cranberry juice cocktail
(1 envelope makes 2 qt. drink) or (2 envelopes makes 1 quart drink each) “CRYSTAL LIGHT Raspberry Ice” Flavor Drink Mix
2 cups cold sparkling water
1/2 cup frozen red raspberries
1. Add 2 cups plain water and cranberry juice cocktail to the drink mix in a large glass or plastic pitcher;
stir until mix is dissolved.
2. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Stir in sparkling water.
3. Pour over raspberries berries in 6 tall glasses.
Yield: 6 servings.
