Healthy Passion Punch

Healthy Passion Punch is an easy, quick, delicious and refreshing recipe for holidays and/or special events. A good Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s Day or New Year’s Day option also. Sparkling water,cranberry juice cocktail and frozen raspberries are the main ingredients for this fantastic punch. It takes only (5) minutes to prepare and (1) hour to chill. This is also a low calories, low fat, low carbohydrates, low sugars, low cholesterol, low sodium, diabetic-friendly, heart-healthy and Weight Watchers (1 PointsPlus), (2 SmartPoints) recipe. Makes: 6 servings. Healthy Passion Punch will be loved by all of your family, friends and ghealthy-passion-punchuests.

2 cups plain water
2 cups reduced-calorie cranberry juice cocktail
(1 envelope makes 2 qt. drink) or (2 envelopes makes 1 quart drink each) “CRYSTAL LIGHT Raspberry Ice” Flavor Drink Mix

2 cups cold sparkling water
1/2 cup frozen red raspberries


1. Add 2 cups plain water and cranberry juice cocktail to the drink mix in a large glass or plastic pitcher;
stir until mix is dissolved.

2. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Stir in sparkling water.

3. Pour over raspberries berries in 6 tall glasses.

Yield: 6 servings.
Serving Size: 1 cup per serving.
