Honey Corn is an easy, delicious, addictive snack and or treat recipe. Made with popcorn, mixed nuts, brown sugar and honey. It is a generally nutritious, low calories, low fat, low cholesterol, low sodium, low sugars, low carbohydrates, diabetic friendly, heart-healthy and Weight Watchers (2) PointsPlus recipe. Makes 48 servings. Takes only (5) minutes of prep time. Honey Corn will be loved by all of your family, friends, kids and guests.

Total Time: 65 Minutes.
3 quarts (12 cups) plain popped popcorn
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1 cup salted mixed nuts
1. Preheat oven to (250° F.). Place popcorn in roasting pan.
2. Melt butter in a 2 quart size saucepan; stir in brown sugar and honey. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a full boil (8 to 10 minutes). Continue cooking another 5 minutes.
3. Pour honey mixture over popcorn, stirring until all popcorn is coated. Add in mixed nuts; stir to coat.
4. Bake, stirring every 10 minutes, for 30 to 40 minutes. Immediately spread popcorn onto waxed paper to cool. Store in an airtight container.
YIELD: 48 servings.
