2 cups fresh green beans, cooked, drained
6 Roma tomatoes (about 1 lb total), chopped
1 (7 oz) bag shredded 2% Mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
1/3 cup prepared, Italian salad dressing mix
How To Cook Fresh Green Beans on the Stovetop:
(Cook green beans, covered, in a small amount of boiling salted water until crisp-tender: 10 to 15 minutes for whole or cut green beans).
1. Toss beans, tomatoes, cheese and basil with the prepared dressing together in a large bowl.
2. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
YIELD: 6 servings.
