(4 oz) cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk, (such as Eagle Brand)
1/4 cup Key lime juice
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
2 (1.9 oz) packages frozen miniature phyllo tart shells
Fresh raspberries and lime wedges, optional


1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and key lime juice until smooth; fold in whipped cream. Pipe into the tart shells.

2. Garnish with raspberries and lime wedges if desired. Serve immediately.

Yield: 30 servings.
