1-1/2 cups sliced apples
1-1/2 cups sliced bananas
6 kiwi fruit, peeled, chopped
1-1/2 cups fresh strawberries
1/2 cup low-fat cream cheese
6 packets stevia sweetener
1/4 cup apricot preserves
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
1. Place the cut-up fruit in a large bowl or fruit tray and set aside.
2. Combine all remaining ingredients in a medium-size mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
3. Serve dip with the fruit.
Yield: 12 Servings.
Serving Size: 1/2 cup fruit + 2 Tbsp dip per sering.
