2 heads Boston Butter lettuce, torn
1 large red onion, sliced, separated into rings
2 large navel oranges, peeled, sliced
(1 lb) fresh asparagus spears, blanched
1/2 cup creamy poppyseed salad dressing


1. Cover a large platter with the torn lettuce.

2. Top with the with onions, oranges and asparagus.

3. Drizzle with the dressing.

4. Refrigerate until well chilled. Serve cold.

YIELD: 8 Servings.
