1/2 cup creamy natural-style peanut butter, stirred
1/4 cup reduced-sugar apricot preserves, OR
reduced-sugar orange marmalade

Ground cinnamon to taste
2 tbsp minced dried apricots
1 cup low fat granola without raisins


1. Combine peanut butter, preserves, cinnamon and minced dried apricots in a small bowl.

2. Measure the mixture by rounded half teaspoonfuls. Form into balls; roll in granola and place in candy-sized paper cups. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
