Pepper-Cheese Melts

Pepper-Cheese Melts is an easy, delicious and quick (5-1/2 Minute) microwave recipe for an appetizer or snack. Bell peppers, Mozzarella cheese and wheat crackers are assembled and heated in the microwave. 1/2 cup shredded 2% Mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp finely chopped red bell pepper
2 tbsp finely chopped green bell pepper
2 tbsp finely chopped yellow bell pepper
15 rosemary and olive oil woven wheat
crackers (such as Triscuits)


1. Mix cheese and peppers together. Spoon evenly onto crackers.

2. Place 8 of the topped crackers on a microwaveable-safe plate. Microwave on HIGH 10 to 15 seconds or just until cheese begins to melt. Repeat with the remaining topped crackers. Serve warm.
