Quick Fruit Salad

Quick Fruit Salad is a delicious, easy and quick(10) minute meal recipe. Just throw everything into a bowl and toss. How much easier could it be? Ingredients include: Mandarin oranges, salad greens, fresh raspberries and almonds with a raspberry-vinaigrette dressing. This is also a healthy, low fat, low calories, low cholesterol, low sodium, low carbohydrates, low sugars, vegetarian, heart-healthy, diabetic-friendly and Weight Watchers (7 SmartPoints), (5 PointsPlus) recipe. 1 (5 oz) pkg. torn salad greens
1 (11 oz) can Mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup fresh red raspberries
1 cup shredded 2% Mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1/4 cup Lite raspberry-vinaigrette salad dressing


1. Combine all ingredients except dressing in large bowl.

2. Add dressing; toss to coat.

(To toast nuts in the oven, spread nuts in single layer in shallow pan. Bake at (350°F.) for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally).

Yield: 4 servings.
Serving Size: 1-1/2 cups per serving.
