Quick Glazed Pork Chops

Quick Glazed Pork Chops is a delicious and quick 30 minute skillet recipe with a brown sugar glaze. Add in a vegetable and hot cooked rice for a full meal. 2 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp butter
(2 lbs), bone-in pork chops, 3/4″ thick, (about 6)
1 (10-1/2 oz) can condensed French onion soup
2 tbsp packed brown sugar


1. Stir the cornstarch and water together in a small bowl with a fork.

2. Heat the butter in a 12″ skillet over medium heat. Add in the pork chops; cook 6 minutes or until browned on both sides.

3. Stir the soup and brown sugar into the skillet, heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.

4. Remove chops from the skillet, cover and keep warm. Stir the cornstarch mixture into the skillet. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Serve soup mixture over the pork chops.

Serve with a vegetable of choice and hot cooked rice to make it into a meal.
