Spicy Cheese Roll-Ups

Spicy Cheese Roll-Ups is a delicious, easy and quick (10) Minute recipe for a spicy, Tex-Mex style cream cheese appetizer or snack. INGREDIENTS:

1 (4 oz) bar or (1/2 of an (8 oz) bar)
Neufchatel cheese, softened

3 tbsp thick & chunky style salsa,
(Mild to Extra Hot, your preference)

4 flour tortillas (6″)
1/2 cup fine shred 2% Mexican 4-cheese blend
1/4 tsp chili powder (or more to taste)

DIRECTIONS:

1. Mix Neufchatel and salsa together until blended; spread onto tortillas.

2. Top each tortilla with remaining ingredients; roll up tightly.

3. Cut each roll-up into five equal size pieces.

YIELD: 10 Servings.
Serving Size: 2 pieces per serving.
