1/4 cup strawberry pancake syrup
2 cups sliced strawberries
1 banana, sliced
6 frozen waffles,
(heated as directed on package)
3/4 cup whipped cream
1-1/2 lbs cooked ham steak
1. Heat strawberry syrup in a microwave-safe bowl on HIGH for 30 to 40 seconds.
2. Add strawberry syrup to sliced strawberries and bananas in medium-size bowl, stirring gently to coat fruit.
3. Spoon strawberry mixture in equal amounts on to each waffle. Top each waffle with dollop of whipped cream. Divide ham into 6 (4 oz) portions. Serve waffles with ham steak.
Yield: 6 Servings.
Serving Size: 1 waffle and 1 (4 oz) portion of ham.
