1 (5 oz) bag mixed baby greens
3/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sliced red onions
1/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans, candied*
1/4 cup balsamic Vinaigrette salad dressing
To Candy Pecans:
Combine nuts and 2 Tbsp sugar in a skillet; cook and stir over medium heat 5 minutes or until sugar is melted and evenly coats the pecans. (Optionally you could save time by purchasing candied walnuts instead; widely available in most supermarkets).
1. Combine together all ingredients except salad dressing.
2. Toss with dressing just before serving. Divide into 4 equal sized servings.
YIELD: 4 Servings.
