Tuna Noodle Casserole
Tuna Noodle Casserole is a delicious and easy recipe which combines canned tuna, cream of celery soup, green peas, pimientos and noodles; then baked in the oven. The entire recipe is done in less than one hour. It is also a low calories, low fat, low carbohydrates, Weight Watchers (8) PointsPlus recipe. Makes (4) Servings. Tuna Noodle Casserole will be loved by all of your family, friends and guests.

Total Time: 45 Minutes.
1 (10-1/2 oz) can condensed 98% fat-free cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup frozen green peas
2 tbsp chopped pimientos
2 (5 oz) cans tuna in water, drained
4 oz (about 2 cups) medium egg noodles, cooked, drained
2 tbsp dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp butter, melted
1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
2. Stir the soup, milk, peas, pimientos, tuna and noodles into a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish. Stir the bread crumbs and butter together in a small bowl.
3. Bake for 20 minutes or until tuna mixture is hot and bubbly. Stir the tuna mixture. Sprinkle with the bread crumb mixture.
4. Bake for 5 minutes or until the bread crumb mixture is golden brown.
YIELD: 4 Servings.
