WW Creamy Strawberry Dessert

1 pkg (3 oz) ladyfingers, split
2 cups fresh strawberries, divided
1 3/4 cups boiling water
1 box (8 serving size) or 2 boxes (4 serving size each)
Sugar Free strawberry gelatin


1. Trim 3/4 inch from ends of ladyfingers; place the ends on bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.
Stand the remaining ladyfingers around side of the pan, with cut sides facing in. Reserve 2 strawberries for garnishing; mash the remaining strawberries.

2. Stir boiling water into the gelatin in a large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
Add ice cubes; stir until melted. Add whipped topping and mashed strawberries; stir gently with wire whisk until well blended. Refrigerate 10 minutes or until mixture is very thick and will mound up.
Spoon into prepared pan.

3. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Remove side of pan. Top with reserved strawberries.

Yield: 12 servings
